Jennifer Haviland

Jen is an executive with over 20 years professional experience. She is currently Chief People & Corporate Services Officer leading a team of more than 400 in the global Human Resources, Risk & Assurance, Legal, Global Business Services and Organisational Effectiveness functions for Orica. This role spans Orica’s global operations across more than 45 countries. She was previously the Vice President Risk and Assurance leading the internal audit, risk and insurance functions. She also led the finance function for the global manufacturing and supply business covering operations in more than 20 countries. Prior to joining Orica, Jen was an Executive Director at Ernst & Young delivering Internal Audit, Fraud and Risk services to a range of global and local organisations from a variety of industries. Jen completed a secondment to the Ernst & Young London Office from 2005 to 2007. She is a CPA and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
