Jennifer Fagg

A seasoned director and proven CEO/senior executive, Jenny is known for turning around large, complex financial services businesses to deliver market-leading growth.
She has over 20 years of board experience as a NED, managing director, and/or member of subsidiary boards in highly regulated businesses including life insurance, reinsurance, lenders mortgage insurance, superannuation, loyalty programmes, retail and commercial banking, as well as not-for-profit. Jenny has served in CEO, CRO, and divisional MD roles across multiple geographies (Australia, Canada, NZ) and led businesses with up to $2B+ annual profit and more than 9,000 FTE. With deep expertise in risk and regulatory management (PhD in Risk), she also has specialist knowledge of payments.
Currently, Jenny serves as a non-executive director of BOQ and on the board of the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
Recently, Jenny was the co-founder and CEO of fintech start-up 2Be Finance, a specialty home equity lender for over 55s. Previous roles included: CEO of ANZ National Bank in New Zealand, EVP of Products and Payments for CIBC, and Chief Risk Officer for AMP.
A member of Chief Executive Women, Jenny has pioneered financial literacy and leadership diversity initiatives throughout her career. She is the author of an artist book, "The Gist of Generosity" -- thegistofgenerosity.com.
