    Jenny has worked on a variety of mergers, acquisitions and capital markets transactions while at Gresham and Hartley Poynton. Jenny qualified as a chartered accountant at Touche Ross & Co. Jenny is an experienced Non-Executive Director and has participated in a number of Federal and State Government advisory panels. In addition to her current boards (Chair of Deterra Royalties (ASX listed), NED on HBF Health Limited and BGC Group), Jenny has been a Non-Executive Director of Amcor Limited, Australian Rail Track Corporation, West Australian Newspapers Holdings Limited, Bank of Western Australia Limited, M.G.
