Jill Rezsdovics

Jill is a deeply experienced Executive and Leader who has worked across financial services, fintech and more recently property industries in senior Human Resources and Leadership roles. Jill has worked in a variety of global, international and domestic organisations having lived and worked in Asia, Europe and North America as well as Australia. Jill is a strong partner and advisor to CEOs and senior executives, building deep and trusting relationships. She is skilled in complex organisational design including acquisitions, divestitures, integrations and business transformation. Having lived overseas during influential periods of her career, Jill has a natural ability to thrive in dynamic environments where cultural integration and performance are important. Holding the role of a human resources leader has also enabled her, not only to be a strong advocate for women in the workplace and community, but delivered programs and initiatives that have materially moved the dial leaving a sustainable impact. Some of Jill’s career achievements include being instrumental in growing the Asia Region of Morgan Stanley including the very first campus recruiting ever to be done in Mainland China by a foreign company, developing and leading a transformation piece for the Eastern European business as well as integration of the global acquisition of the former Citigroup business. At CBA she was the HR Leader responsible for the wealth management reform program as well as driving the diversity and inclusion strategy for enterprise services at the Bank. Jill is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Directors (GAICD).
