Members Directory

CEW members are leaders across diverse sectors in Australia, including government, business, sport, academia, the arts, and the not-for-profit sector.

Our members share a unifying goal: to remove systemic barriers and create pipelines that enable Australian women to rise to leadership positions in their communities. This ensures a diversity of women's voices at every decision-making table while supporting both women and men to thrive—at work and home.

Jo Feldman
I am a Partner at Corrs Chambers Westgarth and Head of Trade. I previously served as Vice Chair of the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women, facilitating the Political Declaration on the 25th anniversary of the Beijing Declaration. I have represented Australia in international treaty negotiations throughout APAC and with the US and UK, in WTO disputes and investment arbitrations, and on postings in New York and Geneva. I work with executive and board-level leaders to manage geopolitical risk, navigate regulatory reform and supply chain disruption, and engage effectively with government. I act in commercial arbitration and litigation, treaty arbitrations for and against States, and advise on trade measures including tariffs, export controls and sanctions. My work spans sectors including energy, critical minerals, infrastructure and technology.
