Joy Linton

Joy Linton is Director, Finance and Commercial, at Bupa (Australia), one of Australia's leading and largest privately managed and owned healthcare companies. In that role, Joy is responsible for driving overall financial performance through the provision of financial, actuarial, treasury, legal, procurement, planning, risk and compliance services. Commencing at Bupa Australia in March 2011, Joy has 20 years of experience in strategic and financial roles with companies such as Ford Motor Company, Pacific Dunlop, and National Foods. Joy held the role of CFO of National Foods from 2007 to 2010. Joy has strong acquisition experience in both ASX-listed and private companies. In recent years, Joy has been instrumental in the acquisition and integration of a number of companies into National Foods, including Dairy Farmers, Lactos, Berri, and King Island Dairy. Joy has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
