    I have been a CEO for nearly 25 years in three different sectors - Health, Insurance and Early Childhood Education and Care. Most recently I was the CEO of Goodstart Early Learning - Australia’s largest Early Childhood provider - where I led the financial turnaround of the former ABC Learning centres and established Goodstart as one of the highest quality and most inclusive operators in the sector. I am now an INSEAD certified Executive Coach working with a small number of CEO’s . I am also a Board Director at the Paul Ramsay Foundation and the NSW Childcare Economic Opportunity Fund..
