    Julie Beeby
    Dr Julie Beeby has more than 30 years’ experience in the minerals and petroleum industries in Australia, including major Australian and US resources companies, and as Chief Executive Officer of the ASX-listed coal seam gas producer WestSide Corporation Ltd. Julie has technical, operations and strategy expertise and has held senior and executive positions in coal mining, mining services and coal seam gas, after commencing her career in coal and mineral processing research. Julie was formerly the Chairman of the Queensland Electricity Transmission Corporation Limited (Powerlink), and Non-Executive Director of Gloucester Coal Ltd, OzMinerals Ltd, ZeroGen, CRC Mining, Queensland Resources Council, Australian Coal Research, and Moreton Bay College. Currently, Julie is a Non-Executive Director of Whitehaven Coal Ltd and Tasmanian Networks Pty Limited (TasNetworks). Her qualifications include Bachelor of Science (Hons), PhD in Physical Chemistry, and Master of Business Administration. Julie is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Technology and Engineering.
