    I have a long history in workplace culture roles and am currently the Chair of the NSW Parliamentary Advisory Group on workplace culture, and a Professor of Practice in the Business School, UNSW. I also Chair the Culture and Rem committee of Ovarian Cancer Australia, and sit on the board as a NED. I was formerly a partner in Human Capital at Deloitte for 10 years, cofounded and ran a boutique consulting firm, Aequus Partners, for 12 years, and started my career as a lawyer.
