    Karen Penrose

    Karen Penrose is a full time Non-Executive Director, currently serving on the publicly listed boards of Bank of Queensland, Ramsay Healthcare, Estia Health and Cochlear. She also serves on the boards of RugbyAustralia and Marshall Investments. Karen has more than 30 years' business experience in senior executive and Chief Financial Officer roles, including 20 years in banking with HSBC and Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA). Karen's qualifications include FAICD, CPA and B.Comm (UNSW).
