    Kate is Bupa APAC’s Chief People Officer. Kate leads the overall People Strategy and Bupa APAC’s amazing People Team.Believing very much in putting the 'Human' in Human Resources, Kate is passionate about creating an environment where people love coming to work; where they are truly enabled to perform at their best and deliver a great experience for our customers.Kate has come to Bupa from National Australia Bank where she has led Talent, Leadership and Culture. Prior to coming to Australia, Kate has held a variety of senior HR roles in the United Kingdom including Executive Director, Global Organisation & Leadership Development at Time Warner, and Head of Learning & Organisational Development for Time Magazines UK.Kate is the proud Mum of three girls and a strong advocate of diversity and inclusion.Kate holds a double degree in Psychology and German from Victoria University of Wellington New Zealand, and is a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) UK and the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI).
