Kate Mason

Kate Mason is the founder and Chief Energy Officer of Self Energy, a boutique coaching and advisory business, Advisory Board Director of WithYouWithMe, Board Director of STUFF Global and Director on the Global Forum Development Committee for the International Womens Forum.

Kate is an accomplished, inclusive and passionate global leader with significant experience in senior People & Culture and transformation roles across a broad range of companies and industries, in Australia, Singapore, London, New York & Zurich.

Kate began her career as a graduate with Arthur Andersen and has worked in Government (Austrade) multi-national roles (Credit Suisse, Amcor), her own successful startup TST Learning and most recently was Group Director, People & Culture for Coca-Cola Amatil. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Administration), is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Fellow of The Australian Human Resources Institute.

Kate is past President of the International Womens Forum in Australia and previously was the Chairman of the NSW Advisory Board for the Starlight Children’s Foundation and Board Director for the Coca-Cola Australia Foundation. She is a passionate supporter of women having mentored and continues to mentor women all over the world and is a sought-after speaker both in Australia and Internationally on business transformation, culture, leadership, diversity and the future of work. She is a proud mum of 4 children, avid skier and baker.
