    Kate Olgers is a Managing Director with Major, Lindsey & Africa - the worlds premier legal executive search firm - where she specialises in the placement of law firm partners, chief legal officers and general counsel. She is the former Chief Legal Officer of Suncorp Group, an ASX50 publicly listed company, where she was a member of the Group Executive. Prior to joining Suncorp, Kate was the General Counsel for NAB's Banking, Products & Markets and Wealth divisions, where she led a global team of more than 200 people. Before moving into corporate legal roles, Kate was a Partner in the Banking and Financial Services group at Allens Arthur Robinson. She was a founding principal and Head of Financial Services at AdventBalance Lawyers (now Lawyers on Demand), a firm that pioneered providing lawyers to clients on a secondment-only basis. Kate is a past board member and committee chair at Common Equity NSW; and a past board member at Cycling NSW and the Women's Subscription Enterprise Advisory Board.
