    Managing Director, Retail – ANZ Bank

    Kath Bray leads Retail Banking at ANZ, the largest business within the Australia Retail & Commercial bank, providing retail banking services to over six million customers and duty of care for over 7000 colleagues. Kath has 20+ years of investment and commercial banking experience across Europe, the Middle East and Australia. She joined ANZ’s Institutional business in 2011, and went on to run the bank’s Retail and Commercial Product business. She was the architect of the bank’s agile transformation, and has been recognised by Women in Payments for payments innovation in Australia. She serves on the board of the bank’s Manila Service Centre, and is an active part of Pride and Abilities networks.
