Kathleen McCudden

Kathleen McCudden is SEEK’s Chief People and Communications Officer. Kathleen is responsible for People, Culture and Corporate Communications across SEEK. The focus of her role is to create an environment for the people at SEEK to achieve the company's growth agenda and build and evolve the company culture for the global business. Kathleen joined SEEK in 2016, bringing a wealth of experience within the technology, professional services, and employment industries. Before joining SEEK Kathleen worked for IBM as ANZ HR Director and various roles across Asia Pacific, and prior to that at PwC Consulting in HR Leadership roles.
