Kathy Gramp

Kathy Gramp
Kathy Gramp is a professional company director and currently serves on the boards of Codan Limited (ASX:CDA), the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Uniti Wireless Limited, RAA Group, Adelaide Community Healthcare Alliance and the Silver Chain Group. She is also a Council member for Flinders University and Prince Alfred College and a director of the Bushfire & Natural Hazard Cooperative Research Centre. Kathy was previously Deputy Chair of Masonic Homes Limited, a Director and member of the Audit & Risk and Remuneration Committees of Southern Cross Media Group Ltd., and a Director, Chair of Audit & Risk and a member of the Remuneration Committee of Godfreys Group Limited. Kathy gained her first independent board seat in 1997 with South Australia's Department of Primary Industry. Kathy had a successful career in the radio industry spanning 22 years. She joined Austereo in 1989 and was closely involved in the company's growth from two FM radio stations to two national FM networks, international expansion and the successful move into digital and online. Her final role with the business was as Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary and member of the Executive Committee. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts (Accounting) from the University of South Australia, is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australian & New Zealand. Kathy has been a proactive supporter of women aspiring to leadership roles as both a mentor and speaker in the South Australian business community and in her role as director of the SA/NT division of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
