    A proven CEO and CFO with a track record in delivering successful transformation and growth across various Australian large-scale organisations. Currently Kathy is the CFO of Australia’s iconic department store, David Jones, overseeing the finance, strategy, planning and supply chain functions. Prior to David Jones, Kathy spent over 14 years at global beverage company, Lion as CEO and CFO of their non-alcoholic beverages’ division with responsibility for their Australian, South East Asia and New Zealand markets as well as a Director of Lion Dairy & Drinks joint venture partnership with Vitasoy International and Capital Chilled Foods. Kathy is a respected and sought-after leader with a passion for leading, coaching and mentoring people and teams to reach their full potential and make a difference. A passionate believer in inclusivity, diversity and empowerment, Kathy continues to successfully grow and lead both businesses and team members to achieve their future potential.
