    Kathy Vincent
    Kathy is an experienced financial services executive with more than 30 years of expertise in finance, encompassing product development, technology, strategy, financial advice, and operations. She is a values-driven leader with extensive knowledge in investments, superannuation, and wealth management, acquired through various executive, Board, and Committee roles. Kathy joined Australian Retirement Trust (ART) in December 2023, and as Chief Operating Officer, she oversees critical functions including product, ART Life, transformation, data, technology, and service delivery. Prior to joining ART, she served as Chief Strategy and Product Officer at BT Financial Group and spent over 18 years at Macquarie Group. She has also held senior positions at MLC and National Australia Bank. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales.
