I am a senior executive business leader with a diverse background spanning asset management, retail administration/leasing, law and human resources. I bring a multi-faceted approach to leadership, strategy and cultural transformation. In my current role as General Manager of Human Resources, I drive people strategy, talent development, and leadership programs ensuring our workforce is aligned with our strategic business plan. My career began as a solicitor at Clayton Utz in the Workplace Relations, Employment and Safety team before transitioning to an in-house role as Senior Legal Counsel at Kimberly-Clark, a global FMCG company where I advised on complex workplace matters across multiple jurisdictions. Beyond my corporate roles, I also have a keen interest in social justice issues and have prior experience volunteering with refugees and asylum seekers on Christmas Island and Villawood Detention centres. With a background in property, legal and operational leadership, I have successfully navigated complex business landscapes, influencing industry-wide shifts in workplace culture, succession planning, and gender equity. As a long-standing advocate for women in leadership, I have played a pivotal role in designing and leading programs that challenge systemic barriers and drive real progress for women in male-dominated industries. My experience includes spearheading industry-first initiatives in leadership development and cultural change, ensuring the commercial property and shopping centre management sector evolves into a more inclusive, sustainable, and high performing industry. My contributions extend beyond my company, influencing broader sector-wide change and engaging with CEOs and senior executives to drive change.
