    Katrina Rathie FAICD is Chair of Bubs Australia (ASX:BUB), a Non-Executive Director of Special Broadcasting Service (SBS) and the Starlight Children's Foundation Australia. She serves on the Advisory Board of Media Diversity Australia and is the NSW Patron of the Australian Asian Lawyers Association. Katrina was named as the overall Winner of the Board & Management Category in the 2019 AFR 100 Women of Influence Awards in recognition of her service to the legal profession and the promotion of gender and cultural diversity across Australia. Katrina was formerly Partner in Charge, Sydney of global law firm King & Wood Mallesons where she practised law for over 35 years. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of NSW Sydney. She is an Attorney of the Supreme Court of New York, USA. Katrina is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
