Kellie Simpson

Kellie Simpson
Kellie has 30 years’ experience utilizing technology as a catalyst for change across a broad range of industries including retail, manufacturing, high tech, automotive, industrial, communications, public service, mining and utilities. She has a strong track record of leading the delivery of large scale, multi-year transformation programs for clients across these sectors. Kellie has successfully grown multiple different high performing technology practices, attracting, developing and retaining diverse talent. She has a proven ability of collaborating with technology partners, to develop new assets and offerings and to deliver business results for both the technology partner and her clients. Kellie has worked for clients based in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and North America, and has been responsible for teams and people initiatives across Africa, Asia Pacific, India, Middle East and Turkey. Kellie is currently EY’s lead Technology Consulting Partner for SAP across Asia Pacific. This role includes responsibility for EY’s SAP people and business across Asia Pacific Previously Kellie worked at Accenture for 28 years, performing several different technology and account leadership roles for clients across multiple sectors. She led teams in Australia, North America, Malaysia, Philippines, India, and Portugal to deliver a broad mix of technology and consulting services to clients globally. Between 2005 and 2009, after the birth of her son, Kellie was an early role model for successfully combining flexible part time work with leading a large SAP ANZ Practice whilst in parallel driving large transformation programs for her clients. She shares her personal story with others to inspire them to create their own version of success Kellie has an Electrical Engineering degree (honours) from Melbourne University and currently resides in Melbourne, Australia with her husband Chris and her 17-year-old son Max.
