Kerrie Parker
Kerrie Parker (FCPA, GAICD) is the Executive Vice President, Resources at Deakin University, responsible for People & Culture, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Legal, Finance& Procurement, Customer Experience, Business Strategy & Insights and Deakin Reimagine across the University.
Kerrie has whole of business experience gained in CEO, CFO and General Management leadership roles. She has lead through growth, turnaround and crisis transformations and has been involved in acquisitions and divestment of brands and businesses. Kerrie’s experience has been gained in ASX entities, multinational, private equity investments and government. Her experience ranges across a variety of sectors including fast moving consumer goods, manufacturing, agriculture, government and education.
She also holds non executive board positions, is a member of World Vision Australia’s Business Advisory Council and a previous member of the Victorian Dept of Education’s Audit and Risk Committee.
Kerrie has a strong financial and operational understanding, managing large scale change projects during a time of transformation and reform, focused on adding value through strong and proper financial management practices, and innovative business solutions that optimise performance.
