Kirsten Galliott
Kirsten Galliott is the Head of Content, Travel and Business at Medium Rare Content Agency, overseeing the content strategies for Qantas, Commonwealth Bank and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She works with these brands across all platforms, from print to digital and social to video. As the Editor-in-Chief of Qantas magazine and Travel Insider, she has been named Editor of the Year at Mumbrella’s Publish Awards for a record three times and the content she has created has won more than 30 local and global awards, including Best Digital Publication - Editorial, Best Publication in Travel and Best Content Marketing Program (Travel/ Tourism) at the CMA Awards in the US, the most prestigious content marketing awards in the world. A journalist for more than 25 years, Kirsten has been the editor of InStyle and B magazines for Pacific Magazines and the(sydney)magazine and Sunday Life for Fairfax Media (now Nine). She has also been the fashion editor for Sunrise on the Seven Network, consulted to the SBS television program TwentyFourSeven for Hal McElroy Media and been a regular reviewer for The Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide.
