Kylea Tink

Kylea (pronounced Kylie) Tink is widely recognised as a formidable change agent.
Not only was Kylea the first woman ever elected to represent the federal seat of North Sydney, but she has built and run successful businesses, teams and campaigns as a CEO, Senior Executive, Managing Director, Board Member and Strategic Advisor.
As a key member of the “Teal Wave” that swept federal politics in the 2022 election, for over 40 years Kylea has worked across the Public Policy, Commercial, Government and Not-for-Profit sectors to lead teams, businesses and communities in their strategic planning processes to drive sustainable change and deliver tangible results.
Working both in Australia and across international markets, Kylea has significant experience in identifying and mitigating emerging issues and maintaining momentum for businesses and movements.
A regular commentator in the media and a frequent speaker at conferences, Kylea’s thought-leading advocacy is renowned for challenging the status-quo and sparking robust debates to drive positive change.
During her career, whether that was as the Independent Federal Member for North Sydney, the CEO at the McGrath Foundation or Camp Quality, or her work in leading international communications agency – Edelman in Australia - Kylea’s commitment to working to design, embrace and drive measurable outcomes means she is recognized as not only a formidable change agent but as someone who "gets it done".
From the "Sydney Pink Test" and the establishment and expansion of the McGrath Breast Care Nurse Program, through to the rise of the Community Independent Movement, Kylea is committed to leaving a positive legacy.
