Kylie Frazer

Kylie Frazer is the Co-Founder and Partner of Flying Fox Ventures, an early-stage venture firm for angel investors. Together with her investment partner, Rachael Neumann, they have emerged as the most active early stage investors in Australia with over 50 investments in cutting edge technology, SaaS, and marketplace businesses across all industries. Prior to Flying Fox, Kylie founded Eleanor Venture, a private investment syndicate, which made it easy for wholesale investors to build their own diversified technology portfolios. Eleanor invested in more than 20 great Australian startups including Mr Yum, Fresh Equities, Jig Space, and Goterra, making material capital contributions to their growth journeys. Passionate about introducing more investors to the joys of early-stage tech investing, Kylie is a sought-after investment coach and speaker in the areas of startup financials, growth, and investment, and a regular contributor at Australia’s leading investor education providers: Wade Institute’s VC Catalyst, The Australian Graduate School of Management’s Angel Education Program, Airtree Ventures’ Explorer Program and Google Angel School. Kylie brings empathy to the founder experience, having founded two technology businesses. She has almost two decades of experience as a corporate transactions lawyer and is a capable company director bringing expertise in critical incident response, risk management, and developing innovation capabilities. Kylie holds degrees from the University of Technology Sydney, the Australian Graduate School of Management, and Harvard Business School. She is the former Chair of Stretch-a-Family and is an ongoing mentor for Startmate. Kylie lives in Sydney with her family and has healthy obsessions with the outdoors, small dogs, and dumplings.
