Kylie Rixon
Kylie joined CBA in June, 2020 and is currently the Chief Risk Officer of the Retail Bank for the CBA Group. Kylie’s accountabilities in this role include oversight of the risk activities, risk appetite and credit portfolios of the Retail Bank. Kylie leads a team of approximately 200 staff in delivering credit, operational risk and compliance expertise to support the Retail Bank’s more than 11m customers and over $5bn NPAT. Kylie works closely with Risk and business leaders in Australia, New Zealand and Asia Pacific to build strong risk management practices as an integral part of CBA’s model globally. Prior to joining CBA, Kylie has held a number of senior risk roles at ANZ, including CRO of ANZ’s Digital business, Wealth Division and Retail & Business Banks. Kylie’s career also included ~5 years as a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Financial Services, leading the Regulatory Risk consulting practice in Australia. Having worked internationally, Kylie has a strong background in banking and wealth management with more than 30 years experience. Kylie has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland, is a Chartered Accountant and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
