Members Directory
CEW members are leaders across diverse sectors in Australia, including government, business, sport, academia, the arts, and the not-for-profit sector.
Our members share a unifying goal: to remove systemic barriers and create pipelines that enable Australian women to rise to leadership positions in their communities. This ensures a diversity of women's voices at every decision-making table while supporting both women and men to thrive—at work and home.
Kylie Robb
I grew up in Sydney’s inner west and had a happy but “non-standard” childhood. I am an only child to a single mother with my Sri Lankan father living in Colombo. My mother worked at Sydney University and I benefited from the support network of the quirky and passionate academic family.
We didn’t have much money, so was delighted to receive an academic Scholarship to MLC Burwood. While my passion was history and English, my strong science and maths skills, drove me towards a Metallurgical Engineering Coop Scholarship at UNSW.
I love competition and games and became engaged in the Australian bridge community. I enjoyed the intellectual challenge and social component. I was successful in the largely male world of junior bridge, representing NSW and Australia over many years.
Following university, I joined Goldman Sachs in Australia. I worked with Goldman for the next 15 years across a range of client coverage roles in both sales and investment banking. I spent 8 years in New York before returning to raise my 2 children in Australia. I’ve subsequently had rewarding experiences at CBA Treasury responsible for global funding and liquidity and now as a CFO at NAB.
Throughout my career, I’ve enjoyed strong relationships with amazing women and am delighted to see many more women at senior levels. It would be an honour to join CEW – I have much to learn from the accomplished membership and would be delighted to be part of shaping policy.
