Leeanne Bond
Leeanne Bond is a widely known and respected Board Advisor, Independent Non-Executive Company Director and Board Chair with a passion for the profession of engineering. The highlight of her executive career was building and growing a new region for Worley Limited over a ten year period of rapid growth (1996-2006, from ~$7M to ~$60M revenue; 3 to 600 people in Qld). During this period Worley listed on the ASX and now has a market cap of ~$8B. Leeanne was Queensland President of Engineers Australia in 2002, leading to her first corporate board appointment in 2004 and transitioning to her portfolio career in 2006. She was Executive for Diversity and Inclusion for Downer from 2017 – 2019 and provides some advisory services. Leeanne maintains a full board portfolio including large corporates (Aurecon, Tilt Renewables), government (QESAB), emerging/startup/high growth technology companies (FPR Energy), cooperative research centres (One Basin CRC) and professional bodies (ATSE). She recently retired from Snowy Hydro, Clean Energy Finance Corporation and Synertec (ASX:SOP).
