Leilani Frew

Leilani is a respected and experienced infrastructure finance and advisory professional having held a number of governance and leadership positions in both the private and public sectors.
Leilani is currently the Audit and Risk Committee Chair and Board member of the North East Link State Tolling Corporation .
Her other recent public sector roles include Deputy Secretary, Financial and Commercial at NZ treasury, CEO of the Commonwealth Government's Infrastructure and Project Financing Agency and Executive Director, NSW Treasury advising Governments on major infrastructure projects and serving on a number of Government advisory boards and committees. Before her public service career, Leilani held senior positions in global and domestic investment banks working with public and private sector organisations to acquire, divest and/or raise capital for infrastructure assets around the world.
