Leisel Moorhead
Leisel is a Partner at QIC Infrastructure where she leads the asset management function across the portfolio for the Infrastructure team and has primary responsibility for environmental, social and governance matters. Leisel is on the board of Port of Melbourne, NorthWestern Roads Group, Sea Swift and Connect East. She was previously a director of Port of Brisbane, Queensland Motorways, Powerco Limited and CampusParc LLC.
Before joining QIC in 2008, Leisel had over 11 years corporate advisory and transaction experience as a senior lawyer at King & Wood Mallesons. In that role, she gained extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint venture arrangements and acting for equity sponsors for major projects and advising on corporate governance.
Leisel holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws ( Hons 1) from the University of Queensland and a Masters of Laws from the University of Sydney
