    Lianne Buck
    Lianne is an experienced ASX Non-Executive Director and Audit and Risk Committee Chair, specialising in financial markets and investments, corporate finance, strategy, sustainability, and risk management. She is an accomplished leader, combining current board and governance experience with a successful career in government and the private sector. Lianne has over 30 years’ experience in Australian and global investment equity and debt markets, focusing on infrastructure and real estate, including logistics, utilities, energy transition, digital, and transport. Lianne is a Non-Executive Director of Charter Hall Retail REIT (ASX:CQR) and AusNet Services, she is also a Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair of Argo Investments (ASX:ARG) and St George Community Housing as well as an Investment Committee member for StepStone Infrastructure and Real Assets. Lianne has previously held roles as Non-Executive Director of Melbourne Airport, Spark Infrastructure and ISPT property group. Lianne holds Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University in Canada and is a Chartered Accountant. Lianne is Graduate of the AICD.
