Lillian Fadel

Lillian was appointed Director Customer Experience in March 2021. Prior to her appointment to this role, she was Group General Manager of Customer Experience. Lillian has worked in the retail property industry for more than 22 years performing leadership roles in workplace health and safety, procurement, facilities, customer experience and development and strategic asset management. She has 20 years of experience working across different roles for Westfield Australia and Scentre Group.Lillian is currently the executive sponsor of the Domestic and Family Violence Working Group, which is part of the Group’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council and strategy. Scentre Group recently received White Ribbon Accreditation, which was the outcome of years of work from this working group. Lillian regularly mentors emerging talent across the business.Lillian holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of New South Wales and an Executive MBA from the University of Technology Sydney. She has recently completed the Organisational Design for Digital Transformation online program at MIT Sloan School of Management.
