Lisa Chung

Lisa Chung is a Company Director with several years' experience in sectors including commercial property and infrastructure, outdoor advertising and mass media, professional services, education and training, visual and creative arts and social and community services. Lisa is Chair of Australian Unity and The Front Project, a non-executive director of AVJennings, Warren and Mahoney, the Sydney Community Foundation, the Committee for Sydney and Artspace and a trustee of the Foundation of the Art Gallery of NSW. Her previous board roles have included serving as a non-executive director of ASX listed APN Outdoor Group Ltd, chairman of privately-owned Urbis Pty Ltd and The Benevolent Society and Deputy President of Trustees of the Museum of Applied Arts and Sciences. The Museum has responsibility for the Powerhouse Museum, Sydney Observatory and the Museums Discovery Centre. Lisa is a former partner of Maddocks Lawyers and Blake Dawson (now Ashurst) where she specialised in commercial property law. At Blake Dawson, she held a number of senior management roles, including Sydney Managing Partner, and Executive Partner with responsibility for the Property Projects and Government national practice and people development strategies. Lisa has a Law Degree from the University of Tasmania and has completed the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD in France. She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and, in 2020, became a member of the Order of Australia for significant service to the community through charitable and cultural organisations.
