Lisa Interligi

Lisa Interligi is Chief Human Resources and Corporate Services Officer for CIMIC Group Limited, an ASX50 publicly listed company. She joined the group as Head of Change, Business Transformation in 2014. She has over 20 years' experience in organisational transformation and change.
Prior to joining CIMIC Group Limited, she was an executive of John Holland Group and before that she held positions with Origin Energy and Sensis, and consulted to a broad range of industries and government organisations.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Doctorate in Organisational Psychologyfrom Monash University, is a member of the Australian Psychology Society and is a registered psychologist. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Director and is a published author on corporate culture.
Lisa actively works on the development of work cultures that provide environments for people to maximize their potential and leverage the value of their individual differences to drive employee and business performance outcomes. Working in a male dominated environment, this means challenging biases, addressing skills gaps, and reducing inequities that prevent women succeeding in their chosen career goals.
