Lisa May brings a wealth of experience and a global perspective to her portfolio career. With a passion for food, people and the planet, Lisa is committed to driving strategic leadership with over 30 years of experience in the FMCG and retail sectors, having held key positions in commercial operations, sales and marketing, and executive management. Her impressive career includes appointments at blue chip organisations such as Unilever, Campbell Arnott’s, Bendon and Nestlé. In 2020, Lisa transitioned to a portfolio career, taking on several chair and advisory board roles across various industries and sports. In addition to her role as Independent Chair on the APAL Board, she is also the Chair of the Steinhardt Group in Bundaberg and serves as a Non-Executive Director for Priestley’s Gourmet Delights in Brisbane. An accredited executive coach, Lisa employs an insightful and pragmatic approach, inspiring authentic leadership and driving commercially led results.
