Currently the Global COO and Head of Central Division for the Commodities and Global Markets (CGM) business at Macquarie Group. CGM is a global business of more than 2,600 staff across 27 countries. Over 24 years of global investment banking experience within Macquarie Group, including across infrastructure asset management, equity capital markets and global markets. My most recent roles within Macquarie include the Global Chief Operating Officer of Macquarie Capital (the Group’s investment banking division) and a member of the Macquarie Capital Global Executive Committee and the Global HR Director for the CGM business, driving the People and Culture Strategy.
