Louise Walsh

Louise Walsh is the Chief Executive Officer of Future Generation Global Investment Company (FGG) and Future Generation Investment Company (FGX). These are Australia's first listed investment companies with the dual objectives of providing shareholders with diversified exposure to selected global and domestic fund managers and changing the lives of disadvantaged children and young Australians affected by mental illness. Louise commenced her career as a lawyer with Allens. She was seconded to the Sydney Olympic Bid, then the Sydney Olympic Organising Committee as Head of Sponsorships. Her previous role was CEO of Philanthropy Australia, Australia's peak body for philanthropy. Prior to this she founded Artsupport Australia, and was Head of Development for Sydney Symphony Orchestra. Louise holds a Bachelor of Economics and Law from the University of Sydney. She has completed the Exponential Fundraising course at Harvard University, and the AICD's Company Directors course. Louise is a board member of St Vincent's Curran Foundation, the City Recital Hall in Sydney and the Snow Foundation.
