Lynn Warneke
Lynn Warneke is the Chair of South East Water corporation (Vic) and a non-executive director of publicly-listed, private and not-for-profit companies, including Spirit Technology Solutions (ASX:ST1) where she chairs the Finance Risk & Audit Committee. She specialises in industries and organisations characterised as ‘critical infrastructure with socioeconomic purpose’. She serves as a member of the ACS National AI Ethics Committee, and is a start-up industry mentor with Stone & Chalk. Lynn has experience in a wide range of sectors, across highly regulated and high growth operations. She has extensive expertise in enterprise digital and data transformation, organisational change, customer experience, AI, internet-of-things and emerging technologies, innovation and cybersecurity. Her executive career spanned the consulting, government, education and retail/wholesale industries, and the technology and start-up sectors. Lynn has a Master of Laws (New Technology Law specialisation) with first class honours from the Australian National University and received the 2022 Norton Rose Fulbright Prize for Cyber Law. She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia (FAICD) and the Australian Computer Society (FACS).
