Lysa McKenna

Lysa is a senior executive with more than 25 years’ experience in Financial Markets including positions at MUFG, Computershare and Mercer. Lysa’s experience is across global financial markets, sales, strategic planning and operational leadership roles. Lysa is currently the global CEO for the Corporate Markets division of MUFG Pension & Market Services reporting to the CEO & Managing Director of MUFG Pension & Market Services. In her role she has responsibility for the delivery a strategy that supports growing the business in global locations including UK, Europe, Asia, India and ANZ region and associated revenue of ~ $500m in annual recurring revenues. Lysa is a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) and Fellow of the Life Insurance Association of Ireland, and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). Lysa holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences, Politics and Social Policy and a Higher Diploma in Business Studies, from University College Dublin. Lysa is an energetic and motivational leader who delivers results, by creating and embedding a culture of high performance, collaboration and personal development. Lysa is a vocal advocate for female empowerment, diversity and inclusion. In her role she leads a team of 3,000 staff, representing 44% females in senior leader roles and is supportive of creating an environment where women can thrive. In addition to running the CM business, Lysa provides a leading role in ensuring MUFG strives to operate in a diverse and inclusive culture.
