Mandy Rutherford

Mandy Rutherford is a humanistic, highly motivated, resilient and commercially minded kiwi with over 30 years’ experience in the financial and banking sector spanning Asia, Australia, New Zealand, UK and the Pacific. Mandy has a personal philosophy of creating an environment where everyone can be their best and if you are passionate about something and believe it in you can make it happen; she embodies these philosophies in her professional and personal life. Mandy currently leads the Cash & Transactional Banking Line of Business within Westpac Banking Corporation, accountable for over $420bn in assets for one of Australia’s largest banks. Throughout her professional career, Mandy has served as CFO of a publicly listed company, as well as various senior business and finance leadership roles along with working in small private companies and Directorships. Mandy has been recognised via various awards, including The Asset, Asia’s Best CFO and CFO of the Year, Financial Institutions. In her personal life, Mandy is an avid adventurer and lover of all things outdoors.
