Marianne Birch

Marianne is an Executive Director of Macquarie Capital and the Chair of Financial Institutions Group, ANZ. She has extensive experience in financial services, having worked on many of the largest and most complex M&A and capital raising assignments in Australia over the past three decades across all sub-sectors. ? Marianne is the Chair of the Sydney Corporate and Philanthropic Advisory Council for the Salvation Army; a past President of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA); Senior Fellow FINSIA; Fellow Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand; Fellow Australian Institute of Company Directors; and a member of Chief Executive Women.
