    Marie McDonald
    Marie McDonald is an experienced Company Director. She is currently a Non-Executive Director of CSL Ltd, Nanosonics Ltd, Nufarm Ltd and The Walter & Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research. Marie was a Partner at Ashurst (formerly Blake Dawson) for 24 years and held the role of National Head of Mergers and Acquisitions. Marie has a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) (Hons) from the University of Melbourne. Marie is a former Chairman, Corporations Committee of the Business Law Section, Law Council of Australia. She was also a Member of the Australian Government Takeovers Panel for 9 years.
