    Construction has been my career over the last 28 years. I have been involved in a wide range of projects in Australia, India and with our business in the UK and Canada. My background is legal, but I have undertaken a number of different roles associated with managing risk in the construction industry. In my role on the ACA that involves advocacy across a range of issues - but in particular tackling the difficult issue of gender in the Construction industry, IR and the numerous challenges the industry faces, together with celebrating the joy of delivering interesting and iconic projects.
