Megan Flynn

Megan is Managing Director and Chief Growth & Impact Officer at Pollination, a profit-for-purpose global investment and advisory firm. Pollination was founded in 2019 and is solely dedicated to accelerating the transition to a net zero, nature positive future. As member of the founding team and the Executive Committee, in just three and a half years Megan has built a global team of over 220 across APAC, EMEA and the US. Megan has held various executive and non-executive positions across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, having been at the forefront of corporate sustainability, climate law and carbon markets. She has driven climate transformation across the Australian economy and across global industry settings from within, and advising to, ASX100 companies, government institutions and innovative private companies. Megan formerly led sustainability at the Qantas Group, steering the development of Qantas’ leading climate position in the industry and wider community. Megan started her career as an international energy and environmental markets lawyer in Baker McKenzie’s global climate change practice. She was formerly Chair and Non-executive Director of the Carbon Markets Institute, the Earthwatch Institute, Non-executive Director of Sustainability Victoria and Melbourne University’s Sustainable Society Institute. Megan is a member of Harvard University Sustainability, Transparency, Accountability and Responsibility (STAR) Lab, and a graduate of the Harvard Social Leadership Program. She is currently a Non-executive Director of Tasman Environmental Markets
