    After a successful career in HR across multiple industries and countries and within blue chip Organisations Melanie moved into a portfolio career almost a decade ago. She has held numerous non Executive Director roles and also runs her own business providing Executive coaching to C suite executives primarily in heavy industry. Melanie is passionate about leadership, developing talent and safety in the workplace.
