    Melanie Bourke is the Chief Operating Officer at Dexus where she is responsible for the People and Culture, Real Estate Operations, Risk, Marketing, Corporate Affairs and Communications, Sustainabilityand Technology functions, together with a focus on commercial processes to enhance decision efficiency across the group.Melanie has over 15 years of experience in the property industry, working across Finance, Investor Relations, Office of the CEO, and most recently Asset and Property management in Dexus’s Office division.Melanie holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Newcastle and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
