    Melanie Wilson

    Melanie Wilson is a Non-Executive Director of JBHI-FI Limited, Baby Bunting Limited, EML Payments Limited and Property Guru (NYSE listed. Melanie chairs the Board for Baby Bunting Limited.

    Melanie has deep experience in industries undergoing transformation due to technology led disruption, including retail, payments and prop tech sectors.

    Melanie has over 20 years experience in Senior Management roles across global retail brands including Limited Brands (Victoria's Secret, Bath & Bodyworks – New York), Starwood Hotels (NewYork), Woolworths/Big W and Diva/Lovisa. Her experience extends across all facets of retail including: store operations, merchandise systems, online/e-commerce, marketing, brand development and logistics/fulfilment. She also held corporate finance and strategy roles with leading investment banks and management consulting firms including Goldman Sachs in Hong Kong and Bain & Company in the USA.

     

    She is a former Board member of Shaver Shop, the Reject Shop Limited.

    Melanie has an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from University of Queensland and is a Fellow of AICD.
