Melinda Conrad
Melinda Conrad is a Non-Executive Director of ASX Limited, Ampol Australia Limited, Stockland Corporation Limited and Penten Pty Ltd. She is also a Non-Executive Director of the Centre for Independent Studies, a member of the AICD Corporate Governance Committee and an Advisory Board Member of Five V Capital. Melinda has deep experience in industries undergoing transformation due to technology led disruption, including the retail, financial services, media and healthcare sectors. Melinda has over 25 years of expertise in consumer-related industries, including as a retail entrepreneur and CEO, and roles at Colgate-Palmolive and Harvard Business School. She is a former Board member of The OFX Group Limited, David Jones Ltd, the Reject Shop Limited, APN News & Media Ltd, the Garvan Institute Foundation, The George Institute for Global Health and the Australian Brandenburg Orchestra. Melinda has an MBA from Harvard Business School, a BA from Wellesley College, and is a Fellow of AICD. Melinda actively supports the development of female talent in the organisations she is involved with. She also mentors young women and is committed to working to close the gaps that many women still experience.
