Michele Huey

Michele Huey joined the executive team of Transurban in January 2015. In her current role as the Group General Manager, Strategy, Michele is responsible for Transurban's long-term strategy, sustainability, network planning and traffic functions, supporting the successful operations and development of the organisation's motorway networks across Australia and United States. Prior to joining Transurban, Michele was the Group Head of Transformation and Group Head of Procurement at Lendlease Corporation, a multi-national property and infrastructure company headquartered in Sydney. During her time at Lendlease, Michele led a global transformation program to support delivery of the organisation's strategy and establish the Group's procurement function. Previously, Michele was a Principal at Booz & Company (now part of PwC) where she supported international and national clients in strategy development, operational improvement and organisation transformations across the resources, industrial and financial services sectors. Michele has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
