    Michelle Jablko
    Michelle Jablko is Chief Financial Officer of the Australia & New Zealand Banking Group Ltd. She has approximately 20 years' transaction experience and has worked on complex mergers and acquisitions across a variety of industry sectors, including financial services, media, transport, resources, gaming, industrials, consumer products and retail. Michelle is a member of ANZ Group Executive Committee and has responsibility for all aspects of finance as well as treasury, mergers and acquisitions and investor relations. Michelle was formerly Managing Director and Co-Head of Greenhill & Co Australia Pty Ltd; Managing Director, UBS Australia and a lawyer at Allens Linklaters. Michelle has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Economics Degree from Monash University. She is also a member of the Federal Government's Takeovers Panel.
